I am currently looking for a USB-C cable to connect to my new 4k monitor. My monitor has a USB-C port. Now my question is: I have a MacBook 15 inch 2019 which I want to connect to my LG 32UD99-W. Can I use this cable? Can I use this cable for this? Will it support 4k at 60 Hz or only 30 Hz? I would appreciate an answer. I got this cable with my MacBook as a charging cable. So can I just use this or do I need to use another USB-C to USB-C cable to use the full power of my monitor.

I would check your monitor's accessories to see if it already has a suitable USB-C cable. The charging cable of the MBP is really only used for charging.
