I am flying with Qatar. And I want to take the Elzle Solar PowerBank (26800 mAh) in my hand luggage. Apparently you are only allowed to do this if the lithium battery is removable. Is this possible? Thank you for a short answer.

After conversion, the unit has 56.28 Wh (26.8 Ah * 2.1 A) - at least according to the Qatar Airways formula.

Then you should be able to take this device with you.
However, it is best to contact Qatar Airways directly. I have also heard that you are not allowed to take more than 20'000mAh with you...
