Question about RICOH ScanSnap iX1600

I am looking for a document scanner that we can operate on an Apple and a Windows computer. The documents should be stored in the cloud from both devices - and should be accessible and processable there from both devices. Is this possible with the ScanSnap iX1600 and the software that comes with it? Thanks for answers!

We have this scanner in operation at our customers with the manufacturer's software under Windows 10, Windows 11 and MacOS, but the scan is done on a NAS. We have not had such good experiences in operation with WLAN. In addition, the scanner does not support a Twain / ISIS connection.
