As far as I know, no well-known manufacturer in the field produces such an accessory. You can find models on Chinese websites, but I have no idea of the quality of such products.

I also think that none of the major controller manufacturers provides such arcade stick. Nevertheless I think you could make (or let make ) a custom one. (Simply google custom arcade stick)

I mean, as long as you don't mind the selector switches, there's nothing to stop you from using it turned 180 degrees. It's simply a matter of assigning new directions for the stick which is super easy. Then you can have the stick to the right and buttons to the left.
