I am trying to mount my Samsung Frame 32" but the brackets are too short; do I need to order additional parts? Please advise.

The stand is universal, and caters for tv’s starting from 32” using standard Vesa wall mount sizes. I believe the manual has indications for adjustments based on the TV size

I guess so. Brackets are designed to fit everything, too short is a big problem.
