I bought 2 additional BeQuiet fans, the same as in the enclosure. Why are the existing ones 4-pole and the new ones 3-pole?! Can they still be connected to the fan control board of the enclosure? They don't turn :(

PWM needs 4 wires. The Silent Wings 3 (whether installed or purchased separately) are 4pin/PWM fans... I don't know what went wrong with you ;) be quiet! SilentWings 3 PWM High-Speed (140mm, 2x) is what you need.
