I bought my powerbank a month ago and have used it only 3 or 4 times until now, but I noticed that there's a high-pitched noise when I charge it. Is that normal? The powebank charges normally and can be used without any problems.

This sounds like "coil whine". It is not dangerous and can occur with all electronic devices. It can just be annoying. As far as I know, you can't do anything about it. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki...
