I bought the AirPods and I have a location problem: when I disable location, they appear when I search but when I enable location, it tells me that I haven't completed the process and I can't locate the listeners.listeners (I've already reset the AirPods 5 times and still have the same problem, as if the settings were reversed), plus I can't turn off the sound on the box .... Is this normal? As for localisation, is this a problem with my AirPods?

If you pay attention, if you click on it, it takes you to the website where it explains the reasons and how to solve it, wait a few days.

I would look into this with Apple support. I had quite a few problems with my Pros at the beginning - right down to the tracker alarm sound that the case made in my trouser pocket when I first moved it in the morning. The problem resolved itself over the course of the updates. At best, Apple will solve your problem - at worst, patience will help.
