I bought the headset great quality but my command centre so the software doesn't work I also downloaded the one on the website as the other one didn't work at all but the one on the website didn't help me much either it only says PC Mode Standart Backengig machen I can't access the equalizer or generally the whole software it's like blocked for me can someone help me?
