Question about Logitech G G635
I bought the headset hoping that everything would work properly. When I play Fortnite, I regularly have audio interruptions (for several minutes) where I can't hear my colleagues, but they can hear me. When I play with a 30 franc Plantronics headset, everything works fine. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Both are connected via USB.
Have you ever tried uninstalling Fortnite?
No, seriously, do you have Logitech driver software installed?
Did you keep an eye on your tasks when you had the audio interruptions?
Is the headset still running during the interruptions (i.e. are the LEDs on)? -> if not, try another USB port
Speaking of USB port, is the headset connected directly to the PC or via USB hub?
These are all things you could try to fix.
I've had the headset for about a year now, use it several times a week and rarely if ever had any problems with it....
