I bought the product and use an original Apple charger with 20W. But my iPhone 13 won't charge. There's not much you can do wrong here, is there?

Indeed, the case must be MagSafe compatible. However, note that the iPhone 13 has a 15W MagSafe port, so charging will be slightly slower. But test without the protective case. If it still doesn't work, test at a friend's house with another MagSafe on your iPhone 13.
