I bought the product, but no matter which hard drive I connect, nothing happens. I do hear the sound of Windows when something is plugged in, but when I look at Devices and Drives, there are only the two hard drives that I have already had inside. What is the problem?

Only works with SSDs, not with HDDs (consume too much power) and USB 3.0 hard drives can be used on USB 2.0 sockets without any problems.

Is the cable also plugged into a USB 3.0 port (blue)? It doesn't work with USB 2.0 (black) ...
