I bought the product. It says "power supply - battery operation" but it doesn't have a built-in rechargeable battery and I was supplied with batteries - battery operation for me. It is also not in its original packaging but has a digitec quality check mark on it. Is there anything I can do, e.g. in the form of a voucher or similar, for the fact that it was incorrectly declared and not in its original packaging (which, by the way, was not stated anywhere)?
