Question about Lenovo ThinkPad Hybrid

I bought this docking station for a Lenovo Legion 5 notebook. Everything works except for the power button. This lights up permanently as "On" regardless of whether the notebook is on or off. It is therefore not possible to switch on the notebook using the button. However, when the USB-C is docked again, it works (power on Ac is activated in the bios). Is the docking defective or not 100% compatible?

Helpful answer
According to our information, the product only supports the switch-on function on certain models, mostly from the ThinkPad series. On other devices, such as yours, the button may light up permanently and not switch on. A defect is therefore unlikely, the function is probably not fully compatible.

Hi, I only know it like this, my laptop is from HP so it doesn't bother me. But it may be that not all Lenovo Thinkpads harmonise completely. I previously had a Club usb 3.0 docking supposedly compatible with all brands. Greez.
