I bought this monitor. Can anyone recommend me a good price/performance graphics card that I can connect 3 monitors to?

Even the very modest Integrated Intel Ultra 600 solution of an Intel N4100 processor can drive three screens. On my notebook with N4100 processor, I was able to use the notebook panel with 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 27 inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixels and a 28 inch display with 3840 x 2160 pixels. For office work and internet, no problem. And all this via HDMI 2.0 with 60 Hz in each case.

You would still have to know what you want to do and how graphics-intensive the programme is. 4 x 4K is a relatively large computing effort for a graphics card and it gets expensive relatively quickly! My recommendation: Go all-in and buy something like an RTX 2080. But that is my opinion.
