i bought this printer (super practical and ingenious) from you in november 2019. now the cartridge is already empty. however, i can't find any information about a replacement cartridge anywhere... can you help me? best regards ralf

This printer is guaranteed not to have a cartridge. It prints with heat on temperature-sensitive paper.
