I can press the answer button but it does not work... Is this perhaps due to the telephone (MiVoice2830)? who can help me? Thanks

I use the headset with Skype for business and MS Teams. The button works perfectly with both. The problem is sometimes when putting on the headset that the button is pressed by mistake. In addition, the device must be recognised by the system and set accordingly in the software.
