I cannot believe I'm unable to find original replacement tips.. Anyone knows what's up here? I really would like to have these buds, but with the XM4s, I went through about 8 pairs of tips in two years.. (which was costly) - they fall apart quickly! Deal breaker for me, if sony cannot provide original replacement tips. Feels like buying a phone with a one way battery!?!?

I use the Comply Foam TrueGrip Pro Sony (TW-200-C) (they fit all wf 1000xm generation, they never chenged the diameter of the tip), like them more than the original sony ones. Available in CH f.e. @ k55.ch.

Can't say why sony is not able to supply these spares - while stating in the manuel these are consumable parts - probably only can be explained by a total incompetence - especially after this would be a good after sales business considering the crazy prices they ask for a little piece of foamy rubber...
