I cannot charge the powerbank. When I connect the powerbank to an Apple 16 inch laptop power adapter with the supplied cables, the indicator flashes about 10 times then stops flashing. After 12 hours, the powerbank is still not charged.

I can charge with the Apple MacBook Pro 16 power supply without any problems.
It also works for me with a USB-C power supply from HP computers and with the USB-C charger from Xtorm itself (I also use this for the MacBook). Even small USB plug-in power adapters (with a long charging time) charge the powerbank for me.
