Question about be quiet! Pure Base 500DX
I cannot connect the cables for the built-in LEDs of the enclosure to my MB (MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max (AM4, AMD B450, mATX)) and/or power supply. Do I need another adapter for this or does my MB simply not have these connectors? Which mainboard would then be completely compatible with this case? Unfortunately, the manual doesn't help at all and as a beginner I'm "somewhat" at a loss...

I installed a system in this enclosure in October, so I still know the details.
The enclosure comes with an ARGB (5V) strip installed. This can either be connected directly via the mainboard or operated with the pre-programmed colours and patterns. According to the manufacturer's data sheet, your mainboard, the MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max, has only one RGB (12V) connection. This is labelled JRGB1 on the mainboard. Therefore, you cannot connect the LEDs of the case directly to your mainboard. For the power supply of the case LEDs you need a free SATA power connector (15pin) on your power supply or if only MOLEX connectors are free, an adapter MOLEX to SATA. (m/f). If you want to use another mainboard, make sure it has an ARGB connector or an RGB connector with 5V.
