I can't connect my Sonos Roam to the wifi. What is the problem? Does anyone have a tip?

Have you already connected with Bluetooth? I initially had problems with the BT/WLAN combination.
But it worked after a factory reset. I would reset and then connect WLAN first, then BT.

I had no problems with 2.4/5Ghz.

Connect a mobile phone with 2.4 gig wifi? I think 5gig wifi does not work.
