I can't switch on the keyboard, I've pressed the "Bluetooth" button as indicated in the instructions but the light won't come on. The batteries are charged. Has this already happened to anyone? Thanks in advance for your help!

The button must be held down until the light starts flashing. The pairing process can then be started.

Have you connected a Bluetooth pen like this, if so both do not work at the same time
