I connected a new wireless keyboard from HP to the keyboard port using a USB dongle. After that, the USB mouse stopped working. As soon as I unplugged the dongle, the mouse worked again. Is there anything I can set using the hotkeys?

Hello lucasthehab

Have a look here, in the instructions:
https://assets.aten.com/product...

Important, the dongle for the keyboard goes in the lower USB port, the one for the mouse in the upper one.

You will find the hotkeys on page 14 of the instructions.
Important: I do not use "Scroll Lock", but CTRL. For example, when I change my PC, I don't press "Scroll Lock" + ENTER twice as described in the instructions, but "CTRL" + ENTER twice.
In any case, a USB keyboard and mouse reset is also described here:
CTRL + CTRL + F5 + ENTER (as I said, the instructions say SCROLL LOCK + SCROLL LOCK + F5 + ENTER).

Does that help?
