I can't compare either. But I have had non-stop issues with mine. One earbud not working or one fading in and out. The ANC is really good compared to my other ANC earbuds (Jabra) and the fit is really nice. I just get frustrated with the seemingly endless issues with them connecting properly to my phone and to each other. Like the right one will connect and the left won't or the connecting fades in and out. Then talking on it people are always complaining about how loud every background noise is. I also can't figure out how to get the sound on my calls to turn up. At max volume its really quiet, though music seems to be ok. So.... that's my report. Could be I am missing something about how to use them, but being fairly technical and having played around with the settings a bit I can say its not intuitive at the very least :/

I think it's great, but I can't make a comparison with its predecessor.
