Which devices exactly do you want to connect to the Unifyer? Keyboard and mouse are possible without any problems, you may have to resynchronise occasionally, but that is only one or two clicks. I have not yet had any experience with other devices, such as headphones or monitors. However, the Unifyer seems to have a serious security gap.
