Question about EcoFlow Delta

I have a 340Wp solar bag (idle 38V, short 8.3A) connected to the EcoFlow Delta 1300. But the MPPT rule does not find a max power point to charge. It counts up to 280W (makes sense with the current sun), starts again at zero, counts up, starts again at zero and so on. EcoFlow support says I need to update the firmware of the MPPT module. This requires sending the device in (because there is no IoT in it). Does Galaxus offer this? Can I also bring the EcoFlow somewhere for this? Or does Galaxus recommend an EcoFlow partner for such updates?

I have no experience with this and do not know how an update could be carried out. It has also happened to me that I have to reconnect the solar module several times until the device recognises the charging mode properly.
