Logitech G G915 TKL LIGHTSPEED

I have a G915 TKL and in principle it is a good keyboard in terms of typing feel and sensitivity. Unfortunately, there were quality problems quite quickly (which seem to occur more often if you look at the forums on the Internet). Apart from the fault that at some point a single keystroke triggers multiple typing signals to the computer, the key head holders quickly break in the holder on the circuit board. This often happens with the Return key (as is currently the case with me), but apparently also with other keys. One of the two holder pins breaks off and "falls" into the holder, partially blocking the contact. Supposedly, the only way to solve the problem is to unscrew the keyboard and dissolve the two solder joints on the back of the key. Then you have to open the plastic switch and remove the broken part. My questions are: 1) Do I necessarily have to remove the broken part? 2) Where can I get a replacement button for "Return"? 3) Why is the customer service of this Swiss company (logitech) so bad? Why are known quality problems not solved? Why do customers have to search for solutions to such problems with such expensive products? My advice (also after massive problems with the gaming mouse G502 Hero): Buy products from cheaper brands. They're not flawless either, but they're much cheaper.
