i have a msi b450 a-pro max mainboard, but i don't know where to wire everything. Can someone explain this to me?

In the motherboard manual, everything is actually listed where what goes. Also for the led lighting etc. The cables of the enclosure are also labelled. And there is even a little help in the mini booklet of the case.
