Question about HORI Farming Vehicle Control System

I have a question for those who have already bought the steering wheel rim. The sticks and buttons on the steering wheel no longer work for me (after just under a month, I got it for Christmas). Has anyone had any experience with this and can tell me how to fix this problem? I don't want to leave any stone unturned before I return it.

It was the same for me at the beginning. This error was rectified with a firmware update. It also says so in the manual.

I also bought the steering wheel for Christmas, but I updated the software as soon as it arrived and so far I haven't had any problems with it.
