I have a very small head and can't find the dimensions of how small the headphones can be adjusted (not even on the Sennheiser homepage). I would also like to know the inner diameter of the ear cup. Could someone measure this on their model?

The headphones can be adjusted very well to the head, even for smaller heads it should be fine. The inner diameter of the ear cup is approx. 6.5 cm in height and approx. 3.5 cm in width. From ear to ear (over the head) it can be adjusted to approx. 36 cm.
