Question about Seagate BarraCuda

I have an Icy Box 2Bay external Raid. I have now ordered the Barracuda Seargate 3.5" 2TB HDD for it. However, the HDD is too narrow (not recognised) for the slot of the ICY Box (although it is listed as an accessory at digitec). Do I need an adapter for this or how can I use the Barracuda with the Icybox?

The problem with the HD is the shape. Just put some tape on the front and it will close.
