I have an older iMac screen and have been provided with a newer Microsoft laptop by my company. I would now like to use the iMac as an extended screen. Is this cable suitable for connecting both devices? If this is not possible, I would be grateful for a recommendation of an inexpensive monitor that is compatible with a Microsoft laptop.
