I have been an Arlo customer for years, owning just about every type of camera and hub. Currently the hub VMB5000 EU. Since last week I experienced problems . It was so bad that I decided to log off all the devices and log back on one by one. It just doesn't work anymore now. I have tried all types of hubs: VMB3000-VMB4000-VMB4540 and VMB5000 EU. None of these hubs can even connect to the internet. And yes, it is connected by cable directly to the modem or netgear switch. App on my mobile also already deleted and reset. So currently, no hub and also no camera that can be connected. The PRO3, PRO4 and ULTRAs in my possession. My internet connection is super so it can't be down to that either. I have already reset the hubs, but nothing helps. Does anyone know a solution?
