I have been using the D-Link DCS 960-L in the horse stable for two years, originally bought for a foal birth. Now I need an outdoor camera for an outdoor stable and would like to know if the Reolink Argus 2 would be suitable, because I don't take any pictures, but mainly want to have life view. With the D-Link, which runs on electricity, I can access it at any time via my smartphone or Mac. The Reolink has a battery, can it stand frequent use of the Life-View?

Definitely not. If the livestream runs continuously, the battery life is probably not even 24 hours. For this, you need a camera that is connected to the mains, such a battery camera is rather intended for "detection", i.e. to trigger an alarm when a person enters the area. Then it lasts 3-6 weeks, depending on how often someone is in the area or how often you call up the livestream.
