I have been using the Grundig CMS 5000 for 5 years and have always been able to listen to Internet radio without any problems (hobby room, basement, via Powerlan - WLAN. Now I suddenly can no longer receive Internet radio stations. The display shows "unknown - white noise" for the saved stations. When I try to call up the station list, the contact information for the manufacturer Grundig appears instead. I have already tried many things without success: Switched WLAN off/on, restarted device, reset device to factory settings, checked software update. WLAN connection is OK. Does anyone have the same problem or even a solution? Thank you!

Helpful answer
Internet radio has been working for me again since today. As before, I can call up a complete list of stations, search for stations there, select them and save them to my favourites using the STERN and OKAY buttons on the remote control. My guess (without more detailed clarification) is that the supplier of the Internet stations has changed to Airable in the background. This may have caused an unannounced interruption in reception.

Good explanation for the dilemma to be found here. If the assumption proves true, no listing of the devices at airable GmbH, it's over. Unbelievable.

Yes, I'm having the same problem, but my device is only 6 months old!
Is there a solution to this problem?
Can Grundig support help?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

Interesting, I've had the same problem since midday today and have written to the Grundig support @ indicated in the display. I have referred to your article. Let's see if Grundig responds.
