Question about i-tec USB-C Nano Dock

I have connected an external monitor 3440x1440 via HDMI. Also Ethernet and 2 USB wireless devices. As soon as HDMI is connected, the wireless keyboard no longer works and the wireless headset does not work reliably. If these two USB devices are connected directly to the laptop, no more problems. HDMI directly on the device also solves the problem. Unfortunately, when everything is connected to the i-tec USB-C Metal 4K Dock, it doesn't. Hardly in the spirit of the inventor? Any idea how this can be fixed? Otherwise, the part would not be usable for me.

Helpful answer
Hello,

Can you please contact our Technical support? Our e-mail address is support@itecproduct.com

Please note that manufacturers of wireless devices very often recommend connecting the dongle directly to the laptop.

Best regards

I had the same problem myself. It got better after I connected a USB-C power supply....
But sometimes I still have a delay with the keyboard... Seems to be a problem with the speed of the USB interface and the power supply.
