Question about TechniSat Digital radio 143 CD

I have connected my digitradio 143 to a Marantz 1601. If I set the volume on the 143 to 32 and on the amplifier to very high, I can hear the music quite well. However, when the presenter speaks, the sound is very quiet. I have already replaced the 143 because technisat told me it was a HW problem. Can anyone help me?

My 143 is connected to a Monacor and I don't have the problem, maybe it's the Marantz :( sorry, can't help either.

I have connected my digital radio to a Marantz amplifier, no differences in music and speech, but the music reproduction is very dark and bass-heavy with the Classical setting.

I have connected my digital radio 143 CD to a Dual PA 5060 amplifier and have never noticed a difference in volume between speech and music.
Sorry, I can't help you any further.
