I think it's more a problem with the SSD that was installed, probably because an incompatible M2 SSD was installed.
It is also possible that the disk was inserted into the wrong slot and the board does not know what to do. I've had this happen before with an M2 high-speed SSD where the slot was incompatible.

It tends to be the hardware. Regardless of the software, you should at least be able to access the BIOS. If absolutely nothing happens when you switch on, I would check that the power supply is switched on (there should be a small toggle switch) and that the button from the housing is plugged into the correct pins on the motherboard (see the manual). If you hear a beeping noise, the manual should tell you what kind of fault it could be causing. If the fans are moving and you don't hear any unusual beeping, maybe try a different screen cable or a different port on the motherboard. If none of this helps, maybe you should ask a colleague with a compatible computer to try out all the components.
