Question about Xtorm XB303 Voyager

I have now broken the 2nd XB303 while charging a Surface Pro 7. When charging via USB-C, the charging process suddenly stops and the XB303 no longer charges any devices afterwards. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Could it be a fault with the XB303? Many thanks for your help

1. this powerbank (PB) works perfectly for me: charging a Terra mobile 1460P or a smartphone.
2 The tablet is therefore unlikely to be a problem.
3. is the PB also charged? 4. can your tablet be charged via usb c? 5. how much power does your tablet battery have?
