I have problems with the G6, after a while I lose the complete sound and it doesn't come back. I have already found a Reddit post about it. Firmware and drivers are up to date. I just tested it, unfortunately it doesn't help me, I have to switch it off and on again, then it works again, but it's tedious because it's daily...

Hello,

I also own the G6 and have the same problem. drivers and software are also up to date.

The solution is to simply set the keyboard to mute twice and it works again.

I hope this can help you, even if only temporarily.
