I have read that the noise cancelling cannot be switched off in Bluetooth mode. Is it possible via the CapTune app from Sennheiser? It seems to work with the PXC 550...

Helpful answer

I have just tested the app CapTune V1.8.0(6227-709) Android on Samsung S7.... Only EQ and fx can be set as well as a "SoundCheck", but noise cancelling always remains active... except via cable without switching on the headphones.
