i have salt fiber u have now bought a new router: google wifi pro 6e. so i can use the fiber connection(fiber cable) for the google router (ethernet cable connection) i bought the tp link mc220l......have tried a few things but it just doesn't work...does anyone know what i am doing wrong or have not considered? thanks for any help.......

Hello ToniGi. Have you found a solution to this? I have the same problem with Nest Wifi Pro but with Wingo.

do you want to use the Google Router instead of the Salt Router? As far as I know, that is not possible. I once used this converter with a Swisscom router, where the router could not be placed next to the fibre optic socket. I also had Salt fibre until recently. I used the Salt router as the router (Wifi Off) and set up two ASUS routers in AP (Access Point) mode as a mesh system for the WLAN. Unless the Salt router now allows bridge mode, then you could also use the Google as a router and not just as an AP.
