Question about Samsung 980 Pro
i have the 970 Evo plus with 2tb and now i want to expand... can i use this if i have a m2 interface? i don't know if it's pcie4 or pcie3. but if it is pcie3 would it still be possible to install this one?

Still works. Is downwards compatible. It may just not be quite as fast.
And yes, if you want to install the 980 Pro on PCIe 3, you can do that too!
Yes, the 970 has PCIe Gen 3.0 x 4, NVMe 1.3 connectivity and even if your motherboard has PCIe Gen 4.0 x 4 your motherboard will recognise it. Pay attention to the form factor M.2 (2280).
