I have unfortunately lost the USB receiver and without it, setting up the connection does not work. Is it possible to buy a replacement? Many thanks

Yes. The matching original receiver is this one: Poly Adapter BT600. You can find it here at Digitech. Even though it's not exactly cheap, it's guaranteed to fit.
