I just unplugged mine four years ago and it won't switch on again. I unplugged it for the holidays and nothing worked after that. I read about exactly the same problem in various forums. The warranty has expired. Does Digitec galaxus also offer repairs when the warranty has expired or where can I have the device repaired?
