so i'll answer you honestly. nobody can listen in, but the sound quality drops significantly and the sensors will eventually break. they have a design flaw. the warranty is not honoured because, allegedly through my fault, there was so much dirt above the headphones that it got into the electronics and that's why they broke. if you look closely at the picture of the headphones, there is a kind of grid above the headphones, where at some point the finest dirt falls into the electronics and the sensors break because of it. i have examined it carefully. i was given a voucher because it was supposedly not a warranty case. above all, i was sent a video on how to clean it properly, but this video didn't say anything because it was other headphones that were cleaned that don't have the grille. it's impossible to clean this grille because not even a needle fits there and i have a special set for it. i advise you not to buy them it's a bad deal and the people who clean it don't know anything about the material i realised straight away so the warranty didn't help either because they are too stupid to know that it's a design flaw and therefore it will be your fault because they don't know any better.
