HI. I'd want to point out the following potential issues:

- I personally never use Corsair RAM (anymore): I know for a fact, that G.Skill works fine with the AORUS X570 motherboards
- Just make sure it's on the QVL of Gigabyte
- SSD: I'd recommend going for one of the PCIe Gen 4 drives, such as the Corsair MP600 (Note, that the top M.2 slot is wired into the CPU, the other two are wired into the chipset
- PSU: are you sure that case will take an SFX form factor power supply? Are the cables even long enough? I'd go with a regular ATX PSU.
- Wattage wise it's certainly alright, but if you want to upgrade let's say to a 2080TI or even upcoming generations, it maybe a little tight for peak loads or overclocked loads
- I would also consider using the Noctua NH-U12A instead of NH-U12S. The A-Version has 7 heatpipes and cools a 3900x just fine
- You will need to tweak the fan curve in the bios though
