You can't see capacitors on a CPU without a microscope 🔬, I think you are referring at something else

You should count 0 capacitors on your CPU.

If you see some capacitors there is definitely a problem buddy....ship the CPU back, you should not handle it.

I'm not sure I understood the question!

But if it's the CPU power supply, you normally need 8 pins to power it and there are adapters for that, but I wouldn't recommend using them.
It's better to have bought a more suitable power supply than to save on that.
There are some very good power supplies available for less than CHF 100!
