I only wanted to buy smartphones with Android One, but the XCover Pro might tempt me. - What is the general situation with Samsung's Android updates? - Can you live with One UI2, or how much useless stuff (bloatware) is on it?

Helpful answer

- You're not the first to get updates, but they come quite quickly.
- I think One UI2 is good. You can customise it enough and there are even ready-made "themes" on the Galaxy Store (if you like one *cough"). If you really want to overdo it, you can download the Nova Launcher from the Google Store. You can really configure everything there. Regarding bloatware: Yes, it exists and you can't uninstall it, only deactivate it. It's just the standard stories like Facebook and a few Google apps.
