I ordered the keyboard in December 2024 and have had a recurring problem with the backlight ever since. The backlight does not switch off automatically when not in use and stays on all night. I have already checked all the settings, reset the keyboard and reconnected it. As far as I understand it, the keyboard has a proximity sensor that should automatically deactivate the backlight - but this does not work in my case, or only very rarely. As a workaround, I switch the lighting off completely manually or deactivate the keyboard using the power switch. As this problem occurs permanently, I suspect a hardware error. Perhaps someone has the same model and can confirm that this is definitely not the normal function? I would be grateful for any feedback or suggestions for a solution.
